### วิธีการทำงาน



1\. ดับเบิ้ลคลิก       เข้าสู่ โปรแกรม WinGlass Cam  สำหรับเขียนแบบ CNC



2.หน้าตาโปรแกรม จะปรากฏตามรูป พร้อมใช้งาน



3.คลิก  ที่ New project 

4.โปรแกรม Open design จะปรากฏ  สำหรับเลือก File งาน ที่ ได้ จาก โปรแกรม Inter Cad  อ้างอิง

5.ทำการเลือกไ ฟล์ และ   คลิก   Open เพื่อ ยืนยัน การเลือกไฟล์ 

6.โปรแกรม จะแสดง Project Info ระบุค่า  ความหนาของกระจก ที่ ช่อง  Thickness  ตัวอย่าง คือ ความหนา 6 mm.



7\. คลิก      ที่ เครื่องหมาย ถูก เพื่อ ยืนยันค่า 

8.  คลิก ที่  เครื่องมือ    Profiles selection 



9.  คลิก     ที่ Selection Criteria จาก Single เป็น  All

10.คลิกที่   Profiles selection

11.  ที่     ช่อง Shapes  จะ ปรากฏ   Closed profile 1   และ  Open Profile 2

Closed profile 1 =  เส้น สีแดง  คือ เส้น ขอบงาน  

Open Profile 2 = เส้นสีเหลือง คือ เส้น บาก  ขอบ อีกด้าน กันกระจก กะเทาะ

12.ทำการ เพิ่ม เส้น สีเขียว คือ เส้นสำหรับ บาก ตัดงาน  เลือก  Colour  เป็นสีเขียว

13.คลิกที่        Profiles selection

14.  ที่     ช่อง Shapes  จะ ปรากฏ   Closed profile 1   ,  Open Profile 2   ,   OpenProfile 3  

Open Profile 3 = เส้นสีเขียว คือ เส้น บาก  ขอบ

15\. คลิก ที่ Exit

16\. คลิก  ที่   Edge banding

17.จะปรากฏ โปรแกรม Edgebanding   คลิก ที่  Single Tool

18.จะปรากฏ โปรแกรม Tools Choice ==> Machine : MASTER45

เลือก   ตาราง Class   7   Mill    ,  ตาราง  Type  เลือก Code 200  20MM MILLING   ตามรูป

19\. คลิก ที่ เครื่องหมาย ถูก เพื่อ ยืนยันค่า

20\. ปรับ ตั้ง ค่า ที่ Machining parameters

21\. คลิก  Selet/Deselect All    จากนั้น  เลือก ab (Selet/Deselect By Name)

22\. เลือก   ถูก  OpenProfile 2

23.ปรับ ทิศทาง ของ  การเดิน ดอกตัด โดย การเลือก   ตามรูป เมือ เลือกเสร็จ คลิก ที่ หน้าจอ  

วงกลมสีแดง คือ Tool  จะเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง

24\. Edgebanding   คลิก ที่          Single Tool

25.จะปรากฏ โปรแกรม Tools Choice ==> Machine : MASTER45

เลือก   ตาราง Class   7   Mill    ,  ตาราง  Type  เลือก Code 200  20MM MILLING   ตามรูป

26\. คลิก         ที่ เครื่องหมาย ถูก เพื่อ ยืนยันค่า

27\. ปรับ ตั้ง ค่าที่ Machiningparameters

28\. คลิก    Selet/Deselect All     จากนั้น  เลือก ab (Selet/Deselect By Name)

29\. เลือก   ถูก  OpenProfile 3

30.ปรับ ทิศทาง ของ  การเดิน ดอกตัด โดย  เลือก การ  ตามรูป เมือ เลือกเสร็จ คลิก ที่ หน้าจอ  

วงกลมสีแดง คือ Tool  จะเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง

31\. Edgebanding   คลิก ที่      Single Tool

32.จะปรากฏ โปรแกรม Tools Choice ==> Machine : MASTER45 เลือก   ตาราง Class   1   DIAMOND WHEEL FOR EDGE,  ตาราง  Type  เลือก Code 161  6MM FA 6 MM D20MM   ตามรูป

33\. คลิกที่ เครื่องหมาย ถูก เพื่อ ยืนยันค่า

37.ปรับ ทิศทาง ของ  การเดิน ดอกตัด โดย  เลือก การ  ตามรูป เมือ เลือกเสร็จ คลิก ที่ หน้าจอวงกลมสีแดง คือ Tool  จะเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง

38.คลิกที่ Work เพื่อให้โปรแกรมคำนวณ 

39.คลิกเครื่องหมายถูกเพื่อยืนยัน ค่า

40.คลิก Tool Back Stops / Suction cups เพื่อสู่โปรแกรมการตั้งถ้วยดูด

44.คลิกที่พื้นที่ งาน  3 จุด ตามภาพ

45\. เลือก  Suction Cups และ เลือก ขนาด ถ้วย ตามความเหมาะสม
